My primary focus is serving my many clients within the city limits of Palm Springs. For others, it may be feasible to bring your Mac to me. The entire Coachella Valley is too large for me to support, so I strive to serve Fewer, Better, Closer.

Without happy customers, I am nothing. I am committed to Best-Effort every time, Better follow-up, Exceptional follow-through. When I'm great, Word-Of-Mouth referrals are the best gift you can give me.

I strive to insure your documents remain intact and safe when on-site. But bad things happen to good people and Apple computer hardware. Back-ups before I come on-site are good for both of us. Not sure how? - I'll teach you.

Call or email if you need help. If trying this or that fails, let's arrange a call when at your Mac. I may have a quick fix, or the phone skills to guide you through a more involved solution at fair help-desk rates.

I aim for High-Availability: To answer on the first or second ring when I'm home, fast call-backs if you leave a message, and prompt email replies. Sometimes I'm out helping others. Be a patient patient and I WILL GET BACK TO YOU!

I'll come on-site 7 days a week, to meet YOUR needs and timeframe; Same-Day, Next-Day whenever possible. I _tend_ to schedule morning appointments, do callbacks in the afternoons. Evenings are the best time to call and reach me directly. Like many desert denizen, I siesta late afternoon.

My consulting rate varies, with a half-hour minimum. I bill accurately, but only for productive time, and will go 'off-clock' if I'm struggling to find a solution. I want you to feel like you get exceptional value in my consulting services.

I prefer getting paid On-The-Spot whenever possible. If I make things work better for you today, I like getting paid today.

Not all Macintosh problems are 'solvable'. Sometimes workarounds are the only solution. Write up a list in advance of issues you need help with, and we'll work through them together. We can usually nail 4 out of 5 easily.

I'll refer when necessary. I can't be everybody's everything, but I sure try! When we need a second opinion, or a complex repair, I'll make a referral you can trust.

Technology TOTALLY SUCKS sometimes! I have a high tolerance for geeky things that overwhelm the average person, and try to shield you from the worst of it. But I can't always hide the ugliest aspects when on-site. If I ever get crabby and cuss simply remember; "I'm not mad at you, I'm mad at the computer!" :)

Lastly, I need you too. I strive to build great 1-on-1 relationships with my clients. I've met so many wonderful people, thier families, and pets over the years -- and helped small businesses excel and stay competitive. I love what I do with a passion!
